Videos are not working.... How can we get them working?

Am a re beginner on an acoustic and this app is totally,extremely wonderful. I have yet to understand it all,but the trip will be fine I know.

Perfect app if you are learning or playing by yourself. The jam tracks are awesome and there is a ton of them. Love the tuner it uses your mic to pick up sound instead of playing a note for you to compare. Chord library is extensive! Hard to find the basics. Chord progressions, scales, all kinds of stuff in this app and it really is free. Love it!

Videos dont play on my iPhone. Isnt that the point? Also no way to login to existing account- isnt that also the point?

As a new learner, I find this app easy to use, and quite instructive. The videos and exercises are just what I need to learn the basics and proper form. Best of all, its completely free! Thanks JamPlay!

Its a great app, very knowledgable instructors and top-notch videos. The only reason Im giving it 4 and not 5

Not bad, it just needs more exercises. Maybe some legato lessons

this app is honestly amazing. you can find practically everything and anything youd want. maybe they could make it look a bit more "shmancy" but for the price of a whole $0 you cant really go wrong.

Using my iPhone 5 with iOS 7, the videos dont work at all. The standard video player comes up when you click on a video but closes immediately. Im guessing that its not detecting a data connection properly. At any rate, its not terribly useful for me without the videos. Ill be removing it.

One star as the app will open. But no videos will play. And after trying a few times , the app crashes. Very discouraging. Using an iPhone 5s.

Its a good app, but it doesnt connect back to their website or servers so more content could be accessed. Current state is limited and boring. Recommend not getting the app until JamPlay fixes this issue.

Great app besides the annoying amp settings...so much distortion gets in the way of the music...a little tone would be nice. Everything else is great... Somewhere on planet earth

Great program. Helps me tune my guitar. When I took up playing guitar as a new "hobby" I wasnt even able to tune my instrument by ear. Using the tuner was fantastic in helping me learn how to "hear" the right tones. Using Jam tracks for backing play really made changing chords better each time I tried to practice.

Dont know why this is free but I love it!! This update added so much. Thanks!
